Bike made for the HistoryCon by Laguna Choppers Custom Bikes & Classics Restoration.. The bike is still a work in progress but it will be finished by the time the History Con gates open at the World Trade Center on August 10, 2017.
Made by one of the country's pioneers and top motorcycle builders from San Pablo City Laguna. A unique handcrafted Motorcycle/Chopper built from scratch, it is inspired by the Armed forces of the Philippines and the residents Marawi affected by the War. The chopper design simulates some parts of military ammunition and aviation with handcrafted leather accent with war images to remind us of the tragedy that hit the once peaceful city.
This is a rolling art piece that is both functional and aesthetic.
The project base bike houses a classic 1978 Honda 400 cc twin air cooled engine, hand-crafted frame, leaf spring fork, hand-crafted handle bars, tank, fenders, exhaust system, foot controls, hardwood seat, Hand crafted head light mount, Wooden grips with brass accent, velocity air scoop and many other handcrafted features."
